This Accounting System is developed for companies in Singapore to facilitate adherence to Singapore standards and practices. AM8ZE localised Accounting and HR Modules have incorporated detailed configurations for HR, Payroll and Accounting with salary rules, gazetted public holidays, accounting rules and tax treatments tailored for the business community in Singapore. AM8ZE Accounting module supports multi-currency transactions and multi-currency configuration as well.
It supports GST computation, automatic fee schedule, third-party payments management, balance and creation of accounts. It facilitates manual checking of bank accounts and generation of reconciliation accounts. It supports unlimited currencies, multiple units of measure and automated conversion, multi-company with their respective architecture, concurrent multi-users in the client/server mode, multiple general and analytic charts and management of double unit measures. It is able to accommodate several versions of automated invoice creation as well. All forms are customizable (entries, list, reports, search) and access rights are defined and determined by the Admin user.
